    Siata 300BC History

    Founded by Giorgio Ambrosini, the S.I.A.T.A. company ('Societa Italiana Applicazioni Trasformazioni Accessori') was established in Turin in 1926.

    The 300 BC Sport Spider was introduced in 1952. The design was created by Giovanni Michelotti for carrozzeria Bertone and the body was built by Bertone, while the latest samples by carrozzeria Motto. Only a total of 50 examples were ever produced. A roadster, a coupe and a convertible were the three main body types produced.

    The 300 BC was a two-seat vehicle with various engine configurations from 750 to 1100 cc. The BC could achieve a maximum speed of 125 km/h, had a wheelbase of 2027mm and a weight of 720kg.
